We cold brew and bottle each flavor in a local commercial kitchen to bring you the freshest most flavorful teas on market day.

Suzy is a third generation Montgomery County resident. A very proud Terp, she graduated from UMD at College Park in 2001 and totally admits she has not used her degree one day in her entire life. She has worked at some of the best independent restaurants in the area. She is most recently recognized as your favorite beer + wine buyer/expert at MOM’s in Rockville, or slinging pies at Frankly Pizza. When she’s not working you can find Suzy at a local farmer’s market or chilling with her pit bull Raisinette.
Born and raised in Takoma Park, MD, Danny began working in professional kitchens at the age of 13. His culinary career took him to Providence, South Beach, Barcelona and NYC before landing him back home in DC where he opened Pearl Dive Oyster Palace and Republic as Executive Chef/Partner. He is a proud father to Sadie, lucky husband to Sarah and admirer of all the music makers out there.
Elijah has been foraging wild herbs and other forest bounty in the hills of Appalachia since he was knee high to a grasshopper. He did his post grad work in herbalism and Ayurveda and is currently working as an operational development professional at MOM’s. When not crafting new ambrosia he is usually cruising down snow covered peaks with bae.
